come in contact with several persons (at the Entrance Test venue / Mess / Hotel / Restaurant / Railway Station/ Bus Station etc.) willing to offer their services or favors by promising to get admission in Sambhav in spite of student's below par performance/ failure to qualify in the Entrance Examination etc by portraying close proximity with either Sambhav employees or by providing references of directors etc. Student and parents are hereby strictly advised not to fall in to any trap/get influenced/ even resorting to their help for getting admission to Sambhav. The admission of student gets automatically cancelled if institute comes to know about such malpractices at any stage of academic session. Student/parents would be solely responsible for consequences emerging in future after taking such help.

20.2 It is observed that many institutes are using various cheap marketing gimmicks like using PROs (agents) whose sole objective is to misguide students & parents by spreading rumors, bad word of mouth about institutes & its deliverables. They also make false promises. These PROs often present themselves as guardians of students or consultants or advisors or academicians of a reputed concern, where as they are in true sense direct marketing agents who have to shift a student's alliance to their so called patronage or institutes for money. Students & parents are advised a word of caution that before arriving at any decision look at pros & cons of such associations. Parents and students are advised to be careful and before arriving any decision they must enquire all aspects.
